If you wish to cancel your booking or order, you must do so by following the instructions in your booking confirmation email or by logging in to the Website and cancelling or amending the booking in your personal log-in area.

If after cancellation you do not receive an acknowledgement from us or the Provider within 2 working days please call us to confirm your cancellation as soon as possible.
