Once you have made a booking request and provided your payment details, StudentStay will notify the accommodation provider/operator of your booking request and provide them with your contact details.
Your chosen accommodation provider/operator will contact you within 2 working days from receiving your booking request to confirm your booking request. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking request has been confirmed and only then your debit or credit card may be charged.
