StudentStay will be able to secure your room subject to availabillity. Once a booking request has been accepted, your room is secured.
The room will not be secured untill you have completed the neccessary paperwork requested by the operator and have paid the deposit/rent required prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result the release of your room. It is therefore very important to lliase directly with your provider once a booking is accepted and ask them what the next steps required will be.
StudentStay will provide you with all the providers contact details upon acceptance of booking and will always be at your disposal in case assistance is required.
