What should I bring?
Booking related: Enrolment letter from your university, Passport/ID and your student ID.
Accommodation related: you will need to bring your own lined and towels, cutlery and crockery, and toiletries and cleaning materials to keep your studio tidy.
Can I arrive before/after check-in date?
Yes, you can, but you will have to contact reception to discuss the best solution to satisfy your request. The same applies if you have to change your arrival date.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange to pick you up and/or drop you off at the airport for an additional fee. Please ask reception about this.
Check-in process
Our check-in process is hassle-free, even during peak times. Upon arrival, report to reception to fill in the required forms.
You will be given two forms to fill in:
- Inventory report: This form must be completed as soon as you enter your room. You should check everything is correct, up-to-date and fulfils your expectations.
- Council Tax: If you are a student, you are exempt from paying this tax. First, you will receive a letter from Camden Revenue to pay the detailed amount. Don’t worry! Just fill in this form and send it back to notify them that you are a student and the balance will show as 0.
