If your booking or booking request is cancelled by your chosen accommodation provider/operator, your card will not be charged and you will receive an email from the provider confirming the reason for rejection.

You may not receive your first choice of accommodation and under certain circumstances, subject to the terms and conditions of your chosen accommodation provider/operator, you may receive an offer for an alternative room, or a suggested booking for an alternative date. You will have 48 hours to respond and either accept or reject this alternative offer. If you fail to respond, your booking or booking request will be automatically cancelled and your card will not be charged.
