Rental Related and deposit payments are directly between the operator and yourself.*

* When StudentStay.co.uk acts as a housing provider (Special arrangements, Group Bookings) it may accept rental payments directly.

Host Family Applications

StudentStay charges an application admin fee of £15.00 for all Host Family applications. This Application admin fee is non-refundable unless our Host Family partner will be unable to provide you with Host Family for the period required.
